* 1,Supporting frame material:

    Welded by 24 units(6 layer scissor)16080x4mm high strength rectuangular tube, material Q235.Integral material 

is high strength, stable structure, etc.

*2,Platform table material;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  

      frame structure.Welded by 14# channel steel,and add telescopic platform ( welded by 4060 square tube) for 

convenience. Total platform table is adopted  pvc antiskid plate,which is wear-resistant, durable and easy to clean.

* 3,Hydro-cylinder: 

      Made by Jinan Jufeng Hydraulic Machinery Co., Ltd.Adopt cylinder diameter 80mm * 4 sets; modelHSC80/50. 

imported Japanese VALQUA sealing elements,which can keep machine more safe and durable.

* 4,Hydraulic system:

      Adopt 380V/3KW Sino-Italian Joint venture brand hydraulic station(The best brand in China market).

* 5,Hydraulic oil:

      Adopt Changchen Puli hydraulic oil; Adopt N32# in summer, and N46# in winter.  

     Oil tube is adopted Hebei Changchen brand high-pressure type,double pressureproof steel mesh,increase 

resistance to pressure,improve safety factor.Working pressure is less than 16Mpa.

* 6,Control circuit apparatus:

      Button control type,control mode adopts  UP, DOWN control, and with emergency stop button.Control circuit apparatus is adopted Delixi brand.solenoid valve controls the lift going down, 

which can make machine going down stably.

7,Rotating part:

Axis pin is adopted 45# Structural Steel,with thermal refining,which can increase the surface abrasive resistance 

and  inside flexibility, to ensure the machine too work stably,  flexible rotation and no noise.

8,Surface treatment:

All mechanical components surface is adopted anti-corrosion treatment, spraying orange paint. The color can also 

be painted according to client's requirement.

9,Electrical safety protection:

    Using low voltage controlling high voltage mode; Adopt 36 v safe voltage controlling high voltage, which can 

improve the security.

10,Guardrail:

Sample type.Welded by 3030x2mm square tube,height 900mm.

11,Safety design: 

a, the machine is installed with limit switch in the lowest point and the highest point, when the elevator reaches the 

place we need, it will stop automatically . 

b, In the process of going up or down, the natural deflection of nature is less than 0.5%. 3, Installed with 

overpressure overflow systems

12,Supporting legs:

Adopt 4 sets mechanical legs, which is convenient, flexible and security.The machine tyres : 4 sets * model 500-12
