Feeding part:

l The light alloy aluminum back-kick feeding vacuum adsorption paper feed mechanism with several group of rolling bearing to ensure more steady machinery operation.

l All the axles and rollers are made of high-quality steel,rectified by computer dynamic balance,eliminating centrifugal forces ,plated with rigid chrome and grind surface.
l Printing phases adopt the planetary gear surface,
l Oil inspecting system alarms the lack of oil and automatically stops paper feeding at the same time.
l Fixed oil interval ,printing pressing roller and leading roller interval are adjusted by fast spanner-free facilities with fixed electromagnetic brake.
l Printing phase fixing adopts pneumatic brake structures,which will restrain the mainframes running to keep the original gear fixed position unchanged.
l Rubber roller and steel pipe surface are covered by wear-resistant rubber, specially up- med grind ,causing excellent working of the anilox roller.

Slotting Unit :
1) Synchronous adjustment the space between the two slotting knives (the height of box)
2) Synchronous moving the upper and lower slotting knives, paper-kicking knives, up and down creasing wheel.
3) Alloy steel materials , heating treatment, grinding and tooth form slotting knife, width is 5-7 mm
4) The alloy steel through heat treatment and grinding the edge iron which is keen and high accuracy.
Die-cutting unit:
u The die cutting unit depart from the main machine , separate driving ( adopts Kobi servo controller from German ) totally solved the problems of changing printing positing due to the die-cutting rushing.
u Adopt fold type rubber roller , easy to change and convenient operation . imported rubber roller from Taiwan , the using life is three times of the normal rubber roller .
u Automatic control left and right moving of rubber roller , the scope is 50 mm , steady moving and reliable.
u The die-cutting phasing adopts servo control , touch screen adjust and control, can store orders .
u Pneumatic control the gap between the cutter mould roller and the soft roller .
u It has speed compensation system , automatic adjust the speed of rubber roller , insure the same size of carton and the cutting dies .
