M7160 Surface Grinding Machine
1.This machine is the wheelhead-moving type, of which the table makes longitudinal movement by hydraulic drive,only on guideways of machine bed. The wheelhead moves in the horizontal direction on the carriage, which moves in the vertical direction on the column together with the wheelhead.
2.The guideways of worktable and machine bed, coated with Teflon, are anti-friction slide guideways.
3.Vertical movement and horizontal movement are both driven by ball leadscrews. The vertical feed is operated manually, and an elevation mechanism is used for rapid vertical movement. The horizontal feed can be operated automatically or manually, and a plunger type oil pump is used for driving horizontal movement.
4.There is a vacant position for installing the servo motor, which can be adjusted from oil motor and AC servo motor, with the configuration of CNC system, the machine becoming a CNC machine tool.
