Process of biomass rough fiber processing line
Crushing system:
Raw material too big, we need use crush the material into 3-5mm. It can crusher wood log, straw, bamboo, catton, wood branches, wood pallet etc which can usd for making pellet. The final material wil be usd for making pellet
Drying System
Raw material to beprocessed is too wet, the line require the dryer to dry the material to below15%. We can use coal, pellet etc as fuel.
Pelleting System
It is main process for this line which produce the pellet,the pellet used for industry, boiler , factory etc. This machine can produce the pellet size with 4-12mm.
