4.The main brake adepts pneumatic butterfly,the PLC monitor the beam's perimeter and speed ,which make the sliding length of yarn be the same when breaking.The breaking tray with middle unoccupied has good dissipating heat.On the other hand,the using of break pincer and the hoofed piece makes the butterfly brake stable and long last.
5.For matching the main brake,The positive roller and the speeding roller brings out different stopping voltage accordig to different speeds,so the tesion of yarn when breaking is as the same as on constant speed.
