a): Solid wood: Birch, Oak, alder,maple, etc;  base cabinet is made of 12mm/15mm plywood, 18mm, with back board of : 9mm+5mm, or 12mm+5mm. Use of : 2 sies of poplar, mhogany, or white oak.  Door panles as clients required will use MDF+ veneer to low down cost.

 

b)15mm/16mm/18mm  thickness of melamined MDF /particle board ; 5mm one side melamined MDF for back panel or drawer bottom panel. Board of grate is E1 or E2, E0.        

           

3.Cabinet door: Solid wood frame with MDF door of melamine, pvc or veneered, with painting.  MDF is:  E0 & CARB.
