In order to ensure our product stable and fully protect consumer’s right and interest, we provide free warranty and maintenance service are available with 5 years upon you purchase of our finished products. The detail is as following;

Coverage of free warranty:

1. Chair seat: Plastic crack, Fabric deguming, failure in folding.
2. Chair back: Plastic crack, fabric degumming.
3. Chair arm: Arm support crack, surface paint dro-off, fabric degumming.
4. Writing desk: Support leg broken, failure in folding.
5. Leg: Surface paint dro-off; leg loose

Above warranty is not applicable to the following case:

1. Damage caused by fore majeure.
2. Damage caused by abnormal use.

Function Test:

1. Seat-mat dead weight loading test
2. Seat back shaking test
3. Seat falling crash test
4. Seat automatic return test
