1).   Alu frame : 1.2 mm alu with powder-coated.( All our frame thickness is net ,Excluding power coating.)

2). PE wicker with UV resistant , endurable and eco-friendly .

3). Cushion :  250g water-proof polyester with PA coating .

4). Glass : 5 mm clear glass

a)A//B five layer carton paper packing is available

b)inner layer-bubble bag+middle layer:carboard wrapping+outer layer:stretch film

c)foam and cardboard wrapping with corner protection and foam protecting packaging for glass

Delivery time:

30-45days after receiving your deposit.

Payment:

30%deposit by T/T in advance remain 70% by T/T after receiveing our B/L copy.

Material:

1)Rattan,the rattan we use for our product is only the highest quality man-made fiber,called PE rattan,this kind of rattan is UV resistant and waterproof,and our rattan is through dyed,you can fix it by applying heat when it get scratches,it kast long time and the color never fade away,also it is not sensitive to temperature fluctuations,

2)Cushion,the fabric and sponge inside the cushions,they are all water proof,the sponge we use for our product is of high density which ensures the durability,but usually,others just use 20 density which is bad.

3)Fram,other manufacturer construct te frame with 1.0mm thick aluminum,but all our products are constructed with 1.2,1.5 and 1.8mm thick tube,which make it strong enough,we make it power coated,this way the fram is fully protected against corrosion and becomes virtually invisible once it has been woven over,some suppliers never do that o reduce the cost.
