We maintain our own manufacturing and polishing operation with over 13,700 square mtrs of working space in
our 2 fully constructed units situated in Boranada Industrial Estate a govt. recognized Export Promotion
Industrial Park,Jodhpur.We maintain stock of 15,000 cft. of raw wood in our warehouse for furni ture
manufacturing. We are always ready to fulfill your bulk order requirements. We are well committed for timely
delivery of the containers.

Yashvi Exports recognizes that there is a need to be pro-active in assuring that its own timber supplies
meet and exceed minimum levels of forest management. We have therefore developed a timber procurement
policy, which strives to ensure that all timber used in our products is fully traceable, fully compliant with legal
requirements and finally progressing towards sustainability.
We are committed to the phasing out from our supply chain, timber of unwanted sources and timber that does
not meet acceptable legal, human rights and environmental standards.

This commi tment is being progressively implemented through a timber supplier programme using a phased
approach. The phased approach is based upon the establishment of a number of stages or steps of
performance measurement. These stages provide the basis for measuring our overall performance. Our four
stage programme consists of the following:
1) Timber from known sources
2) Timber from legal sources
3) Timber from sources progressing to certification
4) Timber from independently certified sources
Our long-term intention is to source all timber that we use from forests which have been certified through credible
certification schemes

Setting the Standard:
As an independent manufacturer, we are committed to the highest of standards of quality and service.
We currently have manufacturing facilities spread in an area of 4500 sqr mtrs space, using the latest techniques and
specialist equipment to produce the finest finishes. Dependant on the volume of work we can employ upto 500 workers
any one time. We str ictly follow our country laws and health and safety guidelines for factory and labour. We do not
tolerate harsh treatment or discrimination of any kind and operate a strict no child labour policy.
We have a 10 strong Quality Control team dedicated to ensuring that standards are maintained throughout the
production cycle, from careful sourcing of materials to meticulous attention to detail in the manufacturing
process.

Each piece of furniture is analyzed at every step of the development process to ensure there are no problems
for when the product goes into production.
We also test the finish to comply with Internationals Standards. Migration of Certain Elements to ensure there
is no lead or toxic substance in the finish which could be transferred. Dining collections are subjected to
further testing for suitability. Horizontal Surfaces to evaluate whether the surface of a dining table, coffee
table will stand up to coffee, dry heat, lemon juice, bleach and other harmful substances.

Our Furniture Construction:
Each furniture piece is from 100% solid plantation hardwoods. Kiln dr ied and made by skilful craftsman using
hand held tools. There is nothing cheap in the construction of our furniture. You will not find any veneers, mdf
or pine in our pieces, nor fancy names and stains to disguise the type of wood. They are called what they are
made from so you know exactly what you are purchasing.
The inherent imperfections present in some items of our rustic range enhance its natural beauty and adds
uniqueness to each piece.

The skills and knowledge of past generations have taught us that quality construction will always stand up to the

WET SPRAY BOOTH : A Wet spray booth has been designed to improve finishing to international
quality standards and to meet the ever increasing need to protect our environment This works on the principle
of continuous recycling of water running down from the spray booth on a stainless steel curtain, The over spray
paints and lacquers are trapped in the water by a power ful extraction created by centr ifugal fans. The spray
booth has enclosures all around and aided with air make-up system to balance the exhaust air and pressurize the
enclosed room to retain a dust proof environment.
