Detailed features on Black Lacquered base

1.    PROCESS: The black lacquered steel base is made through multi-processing plating in matt finish, so it’s smooth and natural by the visional view and also is not able to get rusted.

2.    SHAPE: The base is made of a heavy gauge oval section tube and the rubber bearings are fixed from the inside with three small bolts on each side. Less expensive reproductions are easy to recognize having only one thick bolt screwed through the side.

3.    FIX: To put above SS frame in right position and adjustable at random, the horizontal tube was binded with black rubber tape, which is the same way to produce the lounge.

4.    CONCRETE: base frame in black steel finish features rubber gripping pads for easy and safe positioning of chaise in desired position.
