Instruction
SC300 3D Microscope is the ultimate digital video microscope inspection system for inspecting three dimension structures like SMT solders joints, QFP, capacitors, connectors, wire bonds, medical stents, medical devices and chemical powders. The system has a special 45 degree oblique viewing adapter which is motorized to rotate around the sample for three dimensional viewing. It is also good for top down viewing. Rotation speed (fast/slow/stop), direction (clockwise and counter-clockwise) and LED light intensity can be controlled easily. Other angle (25, 35, 55) viewing adapters are also available. The system is configured with High Resolution Color CCD Camera for real time viewing (30 fps) and image capturing, and with Measurement Software for doing real time LIVE video measurement (point to point, line width, circle diameter, angle and linear distance, etc.) and image processing (Tiling and Multi-Focus) functions. Megapixel cameras, XYZ measurement stages and various stand options are also available.
