FEATURE OF XCMG TOWER CRANE
1. Advanced technology
The most advanced technology is imported to our product design. All concerned matters such as raw material selecing, structure designing, working mechanism, control system, efficiency, safety and reliability can reach the world level.
2. Craftsmanship
(1) Advanced equipments for rust-removing applied in material pretreatment process to ensure rustless structure welding.
(2) Precise data control cutting machine ensures accurate specification of each component.
(3) CO2 shielded arc welding ensures welding quality thereby enhances the longevity of the products.
(4) High-quality surface coating that can meet different requirements of transporting and using. It is durable under environments of low, high, wet as well as oceanic environment.
3. Leading technology of working mechanism
(1) Hoisting mechanism: Matching with frequency transforming & multipolor dynamo resistivity for timing. Stably shifting impules the electric fence gently. Multipolar dynamo works stably, it is simple and economic with gentle impulsive currency when starting and shifting.
(2) Trolley mechanism: Frequency transformer and wire wrapping motor can be applied to conduct speed regulating. It is economic and convenient to operate.
(3) Slewing mechanism: Frequency transformer and wire wrapping motor can be applied to conduct speed regulating.
4. Control system
Using of electronic components from world famous brands such as SCHNEIDER, SIEMENS or LG, that ensures stability and reliability of the products.
5. Operation environment
Equip with air-conditioned cab capsule that is comfortable and humanized designed, as well as highly efficient, reliable and safe indicator that indicates moment, lifting load, radius, falls and height limiter that within the operating process, when operating parameters exceed the standard it will alarms timely, then shut the paver and start security system.
6. Windproof capacity
The environment of the usage contains three types: inland type, coastal type and island type. Most of the domestic tower cranes are inland type. But the cranes of our company are coastal type, which possess high windproof capacity.
