The jib of 5t,10t,16t Portal Crane is fourfold linkconstrution. The Portal Crane of 40t adopts hor izontal displacement compensator of block and falls of single path as the jib is luffed in and out. The slewing mechanisms offers slewing of 360°. The hoisting, slewing, luffing mechanisms broperated individually or jointly. The luffing mechanism is equipped with two-stage hydraulic brake, eddy current braking and hydraulic damper to reduce the impactive course of luffing and braking. The slewing support structure of the crane adopts ball dearings type. The driving unit of slewing structure consistsof vertical motor,planetary gear trunk,big gear ring ect. The limit moment coupling against accidental knock when thecrane is slewing.
