. Characteristics:
Continuous power supply-HY-JK series is a kind of high performance driving power specially developed for pumping krypton-arc continuously. It has the following features:
1. It adopts IGBT + lossless snubber transform technique, and it has the characteristics of high power frequency, small size, light weight, high efficiency (up to 90%), less interference and long life.
2. PWM control technique is used to make high-precision constant-current, low current ripple and high stability.
3. Using tandem high-voltage striking arc, intermediate-voltage relaying and low-voltage continuous current afterflowthree levels start-up mode to realize automatic striking, so the success ratio of first start can be up to 99%. High-voltage pulse shape ascends moderately and intensity adjustment can be classified which fits different requirements of krypton lamp breakdown voltage, reduces the sputtering of electrode materials and reduce the high-pressures bad effects on krypton lamp to lengthen the service life of krypton lamp.
4. The equipment was set up a relief-in power-and soft-start measures to avoid the strong current impact to krypton lamp when power on and start-up.
5. The equipment with digital display devices can display a given current and output current separately.
6. Good Auto Stand-by and Sleep Mode make the machines only output little current to maintain the arc of krypton lamps. This function not only improves the efficiency of the machine and reduces the burden of the cooling system, but also greatly extends the krypton lamps life.
7. The internal and external control of the equipment realize the start-stop of the power supply, the current regulation, the conversion of the internal and external control to facilitate the integration of laser system.
