Aluminum foil foam thermal insulation material

Detail Description:
· This is a brand new environmentally-friendly heat insulation material

· which is soft, light and easy to install.

· It is made from aluminum foil and polyethylene by special machinery.

· It has no odor and toxicity.

· The polyethylene bubble between the aluminum foil can be more than one layer and can be made with different colors and fire retardant.

· Besides, the diameter of the bubble can be ranged from 5-25mm and the thickness of it can be ranged 2-7mm.

· The outer layer also can be printed with different colors or laminated with polyethylene.

· It has three thermal conductivity methods that are as follows: radiation, conduction and convection.

Characteristics:
· The bubble contains an air retention layer designed to provide increased strength and   puncture resistance and provide a greater reduction of heat transfer.

· The aluminum foil is an effective barrier against moisture, air currents and vapors.

· Aluminum foil reflective insulation, which can reflect up to 97 percent of the radiant energy that strikes it, has proven to be an outstanding radiant heat barrier.

· Keep summer heat out and winter heat in so to help keep houses cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

Application:

Can be used in residential construction in attics, walls,ceilings, and radiant floor heating applications. Also used in industrial/commercial buildings, agricultural buildings, and warehouses.

Types:
1. AL / bubble / AL (bubble: dia.: 10mm, H: 4mm), (bubble: D: 10mm, H: 2.5mm)

2. AL / bubble + bubble / AL (bubble: dia.: 10mm, H: 4mm), (bubble: dia.: 10mm, H: 2.5mm)

3. AL / white fire-retardant bubble / AL with blue color (bubble: dia.: 20mm, H: 7mm)

Normal roll size: 1.2m x 40m/roll, 48" x 125'. 

Various standards roll lengths and custom lengths available upon request.

We can also replac the foil with metallized polyester for a more economical product.

 We get patent (patent No. 2009 2013 3016.6) on this new heat insulation material which not only overcomes the discomfort and environmental damage caused by glass fiber and foam material but also avoid damages caused by ultraviolent radiation that can penetrate through sheet iron, concrete, wood and other common heat insulation material. The special lamination of polyethylene and aluminum foil which has good function on reflecting light and thermal makes the heat insulation not only has good functions on insulation, thermal reflection, heat protection, counter radiation but also has good functions on moisture proof and heat insulation and energy saving when used as building material (roof, wall and floor etc.)

All products have passed SGS.bubble insulation and foam insulation have reached the standard of Austrilia(AWTA) and Singapore.
