Second, we stretch our screens German KIWO adhesive, Italian SAATI mesh, which ensure a high quality tension and consistent printing process.

Third, each of the frame is strictly inspected before being sent to our customer. The tolerance of overall dimension can be controlled within +/1mm, and the smoothness can be controlled within 0.15cm. We use imported welded wire to ensure the smooth welded point. Moreover, all surfaces have been perfectly polished before being cleaned by degreaser, so that frames looks extraordinarily beaming and can be used directly.

Fourth, Gold-Up has specialized aluminium frame production lines not only in Shanghai but also in Shenzhen with more than 20 sets of stretching equipments with uniform tension and stable performance, wher we can customize the biggest dimension 12’x23’ of aluminum frame with the outer dimension and monthly throughput can exceed 40000 pieces.
