usage of distillation machine

the distillation machine can turn waste oil(waste engine oil, waste tyre oil, waste plastic oil) into diesel ,the diesel you got from our distillation machine can be used directly in low speed engine like tractor ,road roller ,digging machine, diesel generator.and so on.

Reactor is full-covered, just a discharge port is outside

There is no necessary to dig into the ground for the foundation, shall reduce the quantities , dig deeper just for easy feeding

Reactor with two small imp0rts on the top, one is a feed imp0rt, another is to install safety valve.When you feed oil, you shall put the oil in through oil pump

Discharge port is not automatic slag, you can rake the slag out

There is a bigger hole on the top, 500 mm in diameter, the same as the slag discharge port. the hole is called manhole with a pressure gauge on it, convenient for people to enter the reactor, to maintain. In addition, when you feed oil, manhole is open, you can judge if the reactor is full or not.

We should guarantee that the manhole and slag discharge imp0rt is convective, otherwise people can't enter in

the working process of distillation machine

Process :

We put the waste oil into the reactor and heat it,when the temperature go to some degree,the oil gas will come into being.The oil gas will flow through the catslyst room and the pipe above the reactor into the first two condensor ,it will become the oil again, due to the positive pressure,the oil gas naturally flow into the third condensor,the first condensor share one tank,at the moment ,the oil we got is not pure, if you want to get more pure oil,you need to wash the oil. 

You need to pump the oil from the two oil tank into the refining tank ,there are three refining tank,you had better wash the oil one by one ,because you shall put some different catalyst into the tank to make the oil more pure.

The first refining tank is to get rid of organic matter in oil. Because it is easy for organic matter to be oxidized. And the oil will turn black as a result of oxidation . After 30 mins’ rolling by air compressor, catalyst deposits.

The second refining tank is to get rid of the mineral dirt, keep acid alkali balance.  After 30 mins’ rolling by air compressor, catalyst deposits.

Refining tank 3 is to decolor. Keep inner tank rolling through air pump, prevents depositing. When the oil is fully mixed with the catalyst, pump the mixture by the oil pump to vibration filter 

. The vibration filter is to separate oil and catalyst, then discharge slag.

the 16th ,17th tank are decoloration tank. The two tanks are both for decoloration. Catalyst is on above , oil leakage. The process can go forward at the same time or one by one.
