Full Automatic Waste Tyre Recycling Machine / Tire Recycling Rubber Powder Production Line

1. GENERAL:

The complete production line is mainly used for recycling scrap-tire  (steel tyre and textile tyre), the final product is rubber powder or reclaimed rubber.

2.Process flow:

waste tyre-ring cutter →strips cutter → blocks cutter → rubber  crusher→ vibrating screen1→big magnetic separator→ small shaking screen - small magnetic separator - rubber powder - dynamic devulcanizer - open mixing mill(1) - open mixing mill(2/3) - rubber refiner. 

the whole line has the following features:

1), iron/steel removing ratio>99.5%, fiber removing ratio>98%

2),compact structure ensure running safety, easy maintenance;

3),low energy consumption;

4),adopt automatic control system for whole line, reduce labor cost;

5),no sewage and waste gas discharge, environment protection.

6), available capacity range of our tire recycling lines at present: 400~3000kg/h

7), available finial rubber powder size: 30~120mesh.

8), adopts SIEMENS and Chinese famous brand electrical elements. 

3.Processing method:

Physic mechanical crushing method at normal temperature of waste tyre:nochemical raw material is required,no waste gas,washte water and soot are discharged, and the cooling water of the equipment is reused,no emission,equipment noise is within the range specified by the country(GB20055-2006),fineness of rubber powder produced by it is adjustable(10 meshes to 30 meshes),take waste tyre as example,the process is as follows:breaking down,crushing,filtering,magnetic separating,grin-ding,then the finished products are produced.

4.This production line including the below:

*6: there is 3 types of rubber crusher, you can choice the suitable one ,it is depend on the output!

#9 : you not need  Granulator Grinder if your final rubber powder bigger than 30 mesh. but we need it if the powder less than 30 mesh and the number of this machine depend on the output!

5. Analysis for output :

1).XKP400 rubber crusher:

Output: 4500-6000kg/24 hour for ab0ut 20 mesh granule.

2).XKP450 rubber crusher:

Output :7000-12000kg/24 hour for ab0ut 20 mesh granule.

3).XKP560 rubber crusher:

Output : 10000-17000kg/24 hour for ab0ut 20 mesh granule.

6. XMF-270/330/420 Rubber refine grinder:

30-40mesh:  2500-4500kg/24 hour

40-60mesh:  2000-3500kg/24 hour

60-80mesh:  1500-2600kg/24 hour

7.Tyre crushing machine:
Waste Rubber equipment consist of the decomposition of waste tire facilities, mill group, screening magnetic powder delivery unit.Through the tyre bead ring cutting off machine, tyre strips cutting machine and the tyre rim cutting machine , first tyre processed into 3.5 cm square pieces; then type on the rubber mill group XKP400/450/560 blocks havebroken ground wire mixed powder, then powder Magnetic conveyor type unit screening will be completely separate wire and tire rubber. By belt conveyor through two sieve bedsfilter out the fine material via magnetic roller, magnetic separation of the wire, the system of 10-degree head -40 mesh fine powder purity (fineness optional). Below standardmesh fineness of powder materials by conveyor to return block grinding mill again, this cycle of advanced grinding technology, without any chemicals, no gas, no water, lowoperating costs. Magnetic effect of 99.9% of steel wire to XKP450 type, for example, the total installed power 80KW, 1 ton per tire processing power around 200 degrees, output200-400 kg per hour (to obtain powder of different fineness, yield also different), is the use of steel wire tire rubber powder produced the best equipment
