Descri-ption: welding flux
1.JN-SJ301is a kind of silicon-calcium-type sintered flux. 2.Grain size:10-40(2.0-0.45mm) meshes. 3.Basicity of 1.0-1.1. 4.Either alternating or direct current can be used(welding wires must be connected with the positive electrode when direct current is used). 5.Performance:fine detachability and fine appearance of weld.
Usage: welding flux
1.for the submerge-arc welding of low-carbon,low-alloy steels, and thin steel sheets(fast single-way and double-surface welding). 2.for liquefied gas storage tanks, gas bottles and pipeline steels.
Cautions: welding flux
1.The oil stain, moisture, iron rust and impurities must be removed from the welding joint.
2.Flux must be baked under 300-350°C for 2 hours before welding.
3. Its better to use under direct current.
