We support one year warranty for the original purchaser of our product. But we are unable to guarantee Damages caused by any abuse or misuse.
2. Return Policies:
If you find the merchandise you buy is not as describe or has functional defects in it, you can exchange for a replacement. All damage parts or complete products will be repaired or replaced on an exchange basis only.
Replacement parts or products become the property of AUSEK. You can accumulate some repair products (depend on the situation), then send to us together. We will stand the express freight of come and back, but should trouble you pay the freight first when you send them to us, then we will decrease this freight when you order next time.
