8. Return & Refund Policy   

1. size unfit & dress is not described as picture

solution (1)  return for exchange : we resend a new dress or other style dress  by airmail freely as soon as we know ur objection.

solution (2)  return for refund   :  we will refund u dress money as soon as we receiving your return dress

2.  Quality Issue

solution (1) exchange : u do not need to send the dress to us ,please provide a picture of problamatic dress  if possible

solution (2)   refund     :  u do not need to send the dress to us ,please provide a picture of problamatic dress  if possible                             plz resend.

9. Label Policy  :

we use our own label (REMA) but will appreciate u if u want to use ur own label
