Q1: What’s the price?
A1: The price will be influenced by different factors, such as box structure, size, quantity, color and so on. So pls. contact us to get a precise price.
Q2.: How long is the turn around time?
A2: To be honest, the production time will depend on the quantity and the complexity of the box.
The shipping time if by express delivery is usually in 3-7 days. If by sea, to North American east, in 15-20 days usually, to North American west in 21-28 days.To Australia, around 15 days. To Europe, around one month.
Q3.: How do I get a sample?
A3: If stock sample boxes, it is for free. If customized sample, it need sample fee.
Q4: How much for the shipping freight?
A4:It will depend on the volume and weight of the box. Pls. tell us the nearest seaport or airport, we can quote you specially.
Q5: What kind of the artwork design accept for printing?
A5: AI, PDF, EPS, high resolution jpg. Vector file is preferable.
Q6: Do you make designs for us?
A6: Yes. You can tell us the gross idea of what you want on the surface. Then we will draw it accordingly.
Q7: What payment ways accept?
A7: T/T , Western unio, Moneygram, paypal
Q8: Do you sell off-shelf product?
A8: No. All the boxes are customized with personal logo and sizes, and design on.
Q9: What's the Sample Terms and Conditions?
A9: If stock sample boxes, it is for free. If customized sample, it need sample fee to make. As the sample is customized made, the exact amount of the sample fee will depend on details needs. And as it is customized made. We usually do not accept any changes including the designs, sizes etc for the sample and do not accept the sample fee refund after finished for mold and plate film are already done.
If customized sample occurs to refund, get back the sample and we will refund the sample fee(excluding the freight to and fro) after we received the sample.
